What is it?

The Opt-Sec SAQ Manager is Software that can sit on a Windows or Linux Web Server at any location, whether on a local network or at a hosted location. A huge number of individuals, who need to complete Self Assessment Questionnaires can log in, see only their own required work and complete it. All of the input is kept secure and centralised and can be comprehensively reported on through a clear and easy to navigate Web GUI.

What does it do?

This system takes all of the pain and confusion out of the completion of the growing range of Self Assessment Questionnaires that are used in Compliance processes such as PCI DSS and some ISO certifications. By being able to handle 100,000’s of users, it replaces the need to use paper-based questionnaires and the labour intensive and error-prone manual processes of checking and collating responses. It also provides high level visibility of completions so that people can be chased up, and provides reporting on the content of the questionnaires, by Individual, Group or Overall. In cases such as PCI Merchant submissions, this system provides the Acquirer with evidence of their own Compliance by tracking and reporting on Merchant status.

It is very Easy to Use

As well as presenting the Self Assessment Questionnaire exactly as it would appear in it’s paper-based form or in more logical sequence, the system also provides tips, hints and guidelines for completion of the questionnaires, which:-

  • Ensures more accurate submissions
  • Reduces errors and returns
  • Saves time and effort

Progress Reporting, Alerts and Dashboards also make the system, and the Compliance process, more easy to manage.

It is incredibly scalable

The unique architecture of this system means that a huge number of individuals can be given their own role-based log in credentials.

Their input however, can be collated incredibly quickly and reported on through onscreen Dashboards and detailed Reports.

So, no matter how many questionnaires need to be managed, the Opt-Sec SAQ Manager will fit the requirement, automating what would otherwise take up huge amounts of resource.
